Mysterious USN SEAL desert camouflage pattern…

A few months ago a post appeared on militaryphotos.net that purported to show a US Navy SEAL wearing a strange new desert camouflage uniform made by Crye Precision – the pattern was even labelled “Crye Digi2” by the poster.

Well, the mystery has been solved.  Apparently it was simply a desert coloration of the SCII pattern printed by NaturalGear – the uniform was only assembled by Crye.  Despite several sets of uniforms being produced and tested (and even some field gear reportedly) the pattern was not adopted.
