This is the no nonsense, sensible, practical, “working-fitness” (for life) book that everyone is talking about.  Written by a former USMC Gunny Sergeant, “Corps Strength” is the summation of his decades of experience extracted in a book which is all about fitness – but has some good tips on lifestyle and life-attitude as well (without being “preachy”).

I’ve just started reading the book myself, and very much look forward to implementing Paul’s program to get my own out-of-shape, middle-aged, chairborne backside fighting fit once again.
